List Of Documents To Be Attached While Taking Admission
At the time of Counselling , you are required to produce the following documents in original, failure to do so will result in instanteneous cancellation of your claim for admission.You are also required to submit two photocopies of documents submitted by you.
1.	Your letter for counselling.
2.	Proof of Date of Birth
3.	Marks sheet from Xstd onward till last degree.(03 sets of xerox copies)
4.	College Leaving Certificate(C.L.C) from the institution in which you had studied last.(Original)
5.	Migration Certificate.(Original)
6.	Character Certificate(Original)
7.	Certificate of Medical Fitness.(Original)
8.	An affidavit in the format given in prospectus by hte Candidates.(Original)
9.	Five recent passport photographs (One Stamp size) with your names written on backside.
10.	If allotted seat in the hostel Adeclaration that I shall pay hostel fee regularly.

NOTE: Examination fees and Registration fees to be paid separately as per the guidance of Examining Body.
